When your vet is closed, we're open.

Check in at your selected time
A technician assesses your pet's vitals and condition when you arrive. Your selected time helps us plan arrivals but is not a guaranteed treatment time.
An honest wait estimate
We tell you how long the wait for the veterinarian will be. If it's over 30 minutes, you can leave your pet in our care and we'll call you with updates, or you can wait with them in an exam room, the lobby, or outside.
The most urgent cases come first
Critical patients may be seen ahead of you, even if they arrive later. We'll keep you informed and give you an honest wait estimate.
No surprises. Ever.
Flat examination fee. If anything more is recommended, you get a detailed estimate before we proceed, so every decision is yours.
- ✓Payment due at time of service
- ✓All major credit & debit cards accepted
- ✓CareCredit accepted
- ✓Written estimates before any diagnostics or procedures
The reassurance you need on a hard day.

Privately owned. Built for Winchester.
Pet Urgent Care was created to fill a critical gap in our area: fast, same-day medical care for pets when their regular veterinarian isn't available and a full emergency hospital isn't necessary.
As pet owners ourselves, we know how stressful an unexpected illness or injury is, for pets and their people alike. Everything here is built around timely, expert treatment delivered with compassion, honesty, and transparency.
